At Åkerblads restaurant, the culinary experience is in focus. Our renowned kitchen combines local flavours with tastes from all over the world.
Ingredients from the region are carefully selected according to season and our chefs always have their eyes open for new and exciting flavours. We promise enjoyment at the table, whether you prefer a classic home-style menu or a plate with inspiration from Paris or Tokyo.
We import our own wines and can promise that you will get the very best in the glass.

Opening hours
With a focus on local produce and seasonality, we serve well-prepared food throughout the day.
Lunch at 12.30 – 14.00 hrs.
Farm menu at 14.30 – 17.00 hrs.
Dinner at 18.00 – 21.00 (Friday & Saturday 18:00-22:00, Sunday 18:00-20:00).
Buffet breakfast
Monday – Friday 07:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday 07.30-10.00 am
Holiday weekends may have different serving times.
